A public Dropbox account has been created for the Borough of West Chester’s storage of public documents. The primary purpose of this service is for meeting agendas and supporting documents. The folder structure of this public folder has been designed to be as simple as possible. Each year (starting with 2012) has sub-folders for each month (starting with 08-12).
A customized URL (Universal Routing Link, a.k.a. website address) has been created for this public folder which will not change through the year. Also starting next month the URL will be noted on all agenda items, on the Borough website, upcoming Facebook page as well as provided to anyone who requests these documents.
