Yoga class every Thursday, 12:30 – 1:30pm, all levels, beginner friendly.

Healthy Meals That Won’t Frighten Your Family

Learn about preparing simple, easy plant-based meals that your family will enjoy. It’s all about adding more plant-based food to your daily diet.  Presenter Shelly Hughes is certified in Plant Based Nutrition, T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, Cornell University. She will demonstrate some of her recipes and will have samples to taste, too.  She’ll have recipes for you and samples to taste.

 

Applying to College: Choosing the Best Fit School

Saturday, June 3, 10:00am – 11:15am – Join presenter John Rafferty for this free workshop.
